We deliver to residential and office locations within Nairobi county and the Nairobi Metropolitan Area. All orders are delivered the next day. Please note that online orders are only processed on Monday- Friday between 8am and 5pm excluding public holidays.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We take great care in ensuring that every product that leaves our workshop is of the highest quality. In case there’s an issue with your order, simply get in touch within 24hours and we’ll send someone to pick it up, subject to the following conditions;

Faulty Items

If you receive an item with any defects we’ll be happy to exchange it. Just send us proof within 24 hours and keep the item in its original condition and packaging. If there are signs of wear we shall not take it back. Any exchanges will be at our discretion.​

Wrong Size

If an item does not fit right we’ll exchange it or customise it to your fit. Before placing an order check our size guide to determine your size.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns based on change of mind

Refunds

Refunds are only permissible in the case of sold-out items or if for a reason beyond our control, we fail to deliver an order. If you’re entitled to a refund it will be returned to the original form of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to process depending on the mode of payment.
